The History of GBA Plus - Domestic and International Milestones

Setting the Stage (1995 - 2002)

Between 1995 and 2002 Canada built on its commitments to women's equality, and the consideration of issues of diversity between and among Canadian women and men became increasingly prominent in the federal policy context. GBA became more widely used in accomplishing the goals of gender equality.
